Ali Baba Furniture & Homewares would happily assist in providing an exchange or a refund as per this policy. We will inspect and identify if the product is refundable/exchangeable or not.

  • You can opt for a refund or an exchange for products purchased in store within 14 days of purchase by bringing original payment receipt. The product should be in unused condition and should be in its original packing.
  • Products purchased as a gift item cannot be refund or exchange unless the original buyer presents and provides reasonable explanation for the refund or exchange.
  • Assembled products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Ali Baba Furniture & Homewares will determine this.
  • Products ordered via catalogues, custom made products, items sold in as is conditions, mattresses and unwrapped beddings are NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
  • Transportation cost will be customer’s responsibility.

This policy is to be read in conjunction to Government of South Australia-Office of Consumer and Business Affairs policy.
